The location near the airport proved convenient. i also found the cleanliness of the room quite satisfactory. Everything looked well-kept.
the loud music at night from the show stage disrupted the peace. finding a spot by the pool was difficult, with guests reserving places early and then leaving them unused.

the hotel staff was very friendly i appreciated their cute attitude they were always ready to help the food was delicious with plenty of variety i especially enjoyed the desserts the hotel was very clean my room was super clean and well maintained
i found it difficult to find available sunbeds by the pool the pool area was quite crowded during peak hours the check in process was slow it took longer than expected to get my room assignment i was a bit disappointed with the coffee it was not to my taste

the resort had well-kept greenery and a relaxing atmosphere. i easily found sunbeds by the pool, and the staff provided friendly service.
The hotel food was just average. There wasn't anything special about it. i also found the beach quite awful, and the water had an unpleasant odor.

I appreciated the variety of food options available. The staff was cute, and I experienced true Egyptian hospitality. The entertainment was good for both kids and adults. The private beach offered a clean and accessible area for relaxation. It was very well maintained.
Finding sunbeds by the pool was difficult due to overcrowding. The sunbeds were also too close together.

The location was acceptable. It was reasonably close to local attractions.
The food quality was a significant problem. I found it consistently bland and unappetizing. the rice was particularly poor, it lacked flavor and proper texture. the limited mini bar restocking was also disappointing. It was supposed to be weekly, but mine was never refilled, although daily water was provided.
